General Inspection, LLC, Davisburg, MI, USA, offers the Gi-307, a high-speed, 360?inspection system with unmatched capability, ideal for bolts, studs, pins and screws. The base system comes standard with 7 cameras, each with dedicated LED back lights providing 360?unobstructed profile views of each part. These 7 profiles allow the system to measure critical features such as lengths, diameters, threads, radii, angles and straightness. Additionally, front-lighting comes standard for 360?visual defect detection for defects such as bad plating, scratches, nicks on threads and missing/misplaced thread patches.
