On Thursday, Aug. 27,1925, what was then Automotive Daily News published its first edition. A century later, the words written by our journalistic forbears about what this new publication was trying to do still hold true. This news organization "pledges its energies and its voice to faithful service, timely and continuous, asking in return only to be regarded and esteemed as an honest and dependable organ, and as such to merit the confidence of those it serves."
