Bringing together its UK, USA and German teams, this recent journey from Milltek GmbH HQ (a stone's throw from the Nurburgring) to Spa-Francorchamps was more than a road trip or a track event, it was a clear reflection of what Milltek looks like when its international development teams come together in the environments that matter most. The week began with the UK team hitting the road in a selection of Milltek Sport's fleet vehicles, while Milltek Corp (USA) flew into Germany to join the global team at Milltek GmbH HQ. With the full team finally in one place, the focus was simple: bring the international development teams together, share knowledge, and spend time around the vehicles, systems and conversations that help shape the Milltek product experience. At Milltek, performance is built through collaboration. Behind every exhaust system is a global network of engineers, designers, development drivers, and product specialists working toward a shared goal. While development happens daily across regions, in-person collaboration unlocks a different level of efficiency. Conversations that would normally span time zones happen instantly. Feedback becomes immediate. Ideas evolve in real time. The result is not just faster progress but better, more refined outcomes.
